RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

Hi there!
How old are your little ones? When mine were small enough I would put them in a double stroller and put on my roller blades and just skate around the neighborhood or to the park for them to play, anywhere just to be moving. Now they won't sit in the stroller for me anymore!
I can't imagine why! =0) Well, I guess they are a little too old for that huh! My baby is almost 11 now, it just doesn't seem possible!

So... I bought my scale and I'm actually 157 - not 160! Yay, so that was nice. :-D But regardless, I did lose one pound beyond that but I'm in the process of getting traineo to change my starting weight, but YAY, happy that I lost my probably-water-weight one pound. :-D
I'm still having a really hard time finding the time and appropriate activities to do for getting myself in shape. I'm home with my two kids during the day, I'm already getting up at the crack of dawn to get my Hubbs off to work, and when he gets home, I start work! :-P Most nights, he goes to a second job and doesn't get home until 7:00pm. It's just crazy for finding time to do something without the kids that will do enough to make a difference. I've considered getting up earlier and running before my husband gets up, but I just don't know how that would work out.
Any ideas for losing weight while dragging two toddlers along? LOL :-) Thanks for being here for me and I'll hopefully have an even better update for you next week! :-)

I try to get more than once a week and I apologize if I don't make it but I do try! I am on usually at least every Thursday to weigh in for our Biggest Loser Challenge that we are doing in the Forums. I think that I sent you an invite to the group, you will have to check us out!
